How much water does a fog system actually use?

This will vary depending on the size of the system and the number of nozzles to be used.  A typical system utilizing our .008" orifice nozzle will use approximately .025 GPM or 1.5  gallons of water per hour per nozzle. With a system that has 36 inch nozzle spacing, this equates to a perimeter system of 180 feet using only 1.5 GPM or 90 GPH.  Cool Zone USA engineers will provide this information for any system they design.
