Yes, you can use your existing fans to bring Cool Zone USA’s fogging technology to your workplace. A base system would consist of one high pressure (1,000psi) pump module and one two stage fan face (# of nozzles dependent on fan cfm and summer high temperature in the workplace). The Cool Zone USA System can be engineered to serve any number of fans, throughout the workplace from a single centrally located pump module. Cool Zone USA engineers will need to know the diameter and cfm of each fan to be retrofitted, where the pump will be located in relationship to the fan locations, and the power available. A top view drawing of the locations must be provided. The high pressure manifold hoses from th pump module to the fan locations can be installed overhead, attached to I-Beams or stainless cable to keep the floor clear of obstacles to forklifts and workers. You save money when you retrofit your existing fans but still get the heat stress relief for you employees.
