Cool Zone’s residential fans and misting systems are manufactured with cleanable nozzles, meaning that the systems will never clog up – regardless of how hard the water is at your home.
Cool Zone’s residential fans are generally manufactured in an attractive gold tinted bronze finish, but can be provided in any color needed to match a décor or design. |

Sports Cooling Fans and Pavilions

Cool Zone fans reduce the temperature during games and practices by up to 35 degrees. Cool Zone fans have been used by professional, collegiate, and high school sports teams for almost 15 years, and have become an essential tool in preventing heat stress injuries.
Beyond the potentially life-saving benefits of heat stress relief, recent detailed studies have found that cooling of athletes during practice results in a performance improvement of approximately 6%, and professional athletes have begun using pre-cooling prior to events to also improve their performance.
Cool Zone’s sports cooling fans are generally manufactured in a clean white finish, but can be provided in any color or logo needed to match the team’s colors and mascot.

Emergency Response
Cooling Systems |
Cool Zone manufactures the only specialized cooling fan system for the emergency response and fire fighting industry. This powerful, and highly mobile unit will reduce outdoor temperatures by up to 35 degrees. The powerful blast of cool, clear air produced by the Safety Zone will also take smoke and ash out of the air.
The pump module remains on the emergency response vehicle and supports up to 3 hand-carried cooling fans. The fans are made of steel and designed to withstand the very toughest conditions. Each fan can be positioned up to 250 feet away from the pump module.

| Dust Suppression and Odor Control |
Cool Zone manufactures a wide range of systems to suppress dust and control odors. Cool Zone’s powerful pump engines and advanced nozzles create an ultra fine fog of droplets less than 10 microns in size, which independent university studies (available upon request) have shown to be highly successful in suppressing dust. Through the use of Cool Zone’s systems dust particles are trapped without wetting the equipment or the ground in the target area. In some facilities, Cool Zone has installed combined systems for man cooling, dust suppression and odor neutralization, efficiently utilizing common components.
Virtually any Cool Zone system can economically incorporate Odor Neutralization. Cool Zones unique technology
features low- cost, low- maintenance systems, including: automated operation programmable up to 24 hours;
economical, non electric proportional injector accurately delivers any natural neutralizers at any required rate; no
contamination of work environment even if misused; each system custom designed; and portable for quick response
to off-site situations.

Cool Zone’s Greenhouse Fog system is designed with the grower and his crop in mind. The use of variable nozzles
gives one the ability to control the density of the atmosphere at crop height by adjusting the direction of the fog. Cool Zone’s unique high pressure system atomizes water into droplets so tiny that they stay suspended in the air. Using this method, a full range of dense, billowing fog can be created, as natural as nature’s atmosphere.
This system is designed and assembled according to specified requirements for humidity and temperature control, as well as accounting for existing ventilation systems (e.g. convection fan). The system is completely adaptable to any green house design.Injecting a suspended cloud of water particles into the greenhouse will have several concurrent beneficial effects.
These include:
Evaporative cooling of the air.
As each gram of water evaporates, it will extract 540 calories of heat from the air. This cool air is denser and will therefore fall and contribute to convection currents ventilating the crop and facilitating efficiency (Carbon Dioxide).
Humidification.
The evaporating water will contribute to the humidity of the air around the crop and decrease the demand for water from the leaves. This, in turn, will lower the water stress within the crop and allow it to perform nearer optimum efficiency.
Increased light levels and quality.
The need to provide shading will be reduced except under extreme conditions. The fog will provide some radiation screening and the evaporative cooling will help maintain favorable temperatures.
Resulting from the above conditions, will be a crop that rarely experiences negative environmental conditions and therefore is always making the best use of it's natural growing process. The Cool Zone® USA fog system provides even distribution of humidity and temperature throughout the greenhouse. It creates and utilizes natural convection currents to promote environmental homogeneity. It reduces the need for supplementary fan ventilation thus lowering the operating costs.

| Architectural Cooling Systems |
Cool Zone has developed a modular system of cooling units that are camouflaged to look like part of the structure. These clever systems come in quarter circle units, which can be used in corners, along walls, and around columns. When installed above the sight line, the units look like flower planters, whose hidden misting fans generate a cooling canopy.
Cool Zone can manufacture the architectural cooling systems in any color needed.
